opportunity:
Respite Houseparents
Location: Key West
FKCS has an immediate opening in Key West for the position of Respite Houseparents. We are seeking couples who do not currently have children of their own at home but have a dedication to helping children. Respite Houseparents are responsible for the care and day to day activities of up to 6 children. Position includes off campus housing, utilities, training, benefits and salary.
A drug test and background screening will be required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with client population (i.e. experience working with adolescents if working in the adolescent program), and experience working in a residential facility providing services for youth.
